Clinical Sales Manager
Summary
As a Clinical Sales Manager you will work strategically with the VP of Global Partner Sales to help lead the sales process, provide sales-focused product demonstrations, customer/distributor training, and installation & configuration of our software at leading medical centers within both the public & private healthcare sector. Successful candidates will be flexible and dynamic in their approach to what is a challenging, diverse, and rewarding role. Worldwide travel is essential in this role. Key responsibilities:
- Manage sales processes through company CRM system.
- Sales-focused product demonstration, both online and onsite in various
locations around the world. - Application and sales training/support for distributors and occasional
applications training/configuration for their customers - Attendance at certain regional and global conferences around the world – either
to support our own presence or that of our distributors. - Undertaking customer and partner visits in any of our distributor countries (focus on growth markets in South East Asia, as well as distributor regions in Europe
and Middle East, where necessary)
Requirements:
- Have clinical experience of Nuclear Medicine as technologist/equivalent,
medical physicist or physician (minimum 3 years), with experience of Nuclear
Medicine workflow, including an appreciation of the different patient
examinations and the corresponding image processing and data analysis - Have a strong aptitude for sales and a desire to hit personal and team-based
sales targets – with the assistance of your line manager. - Be able to work independently, with support from an expert team as required
- Be confident in taking ownership of customer problems and be proactive and
open in coordinating and implementing the solutions in a thorough and
systematic manner - Have excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills
- Have a working knowledge of Medical Imaging with experience in the field of
Nuclear Medicine - Have a good working knowledge of computer/IT systems
- Knowledge of the basic physics of Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT camera
acquisition and data reconstruction would be advantageous - Prior sales experience and an ability to demonstrate success in this field could
be advantageous
This is an exciting role in a growing company with an established, high-performing team.
The position is full-time employment, based from home but with opportunities to
work from London-based office on occasion. It includes approximately 40-50 travel
days per year, throughout the globe.
