PHILADELPHIA, JULY 18, 2004 - Two Alzheimer's Association Neuroimaging Awards were given to investigators with the "best papers" related to in-vivo neuro-imaging of a neurodegenerative process. Kevin M. Bradley, M.D., FRCR was recognized, with one of these, as the promising investigator new to the Alzheimer's disease field for his paper "Cerebral Perfusion SPET Correlated with Braak Pathological Stage in Alzheimer's Disease" published in 2002. The paper came from his work with OPTIMA, Oxford Project to Investigate Memory & Aging, part of the University of Oxford. Dr. Bradley utilized HERMES BRASS™ Software for this project. Bradley is currently a fulltime NHS Consultant in Nuclear Medicine & Radiology at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford. For more info, www.alz.org.
